An experienced veterinarian and vet tech will be in attendance. They will bring a doctor’s kit and a technician’s kit with the tools necessary to provide the best in-home veterinary experience.
Your vet tech will collect payment at the end of your appointment.
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept check or cash.

Yes. So long as a veterinarian has posted availability, you can schedule an appointment with them.
At this time FetchMyVet does not accept pet insurance. However, this is not to say that your insurer will not reimburse the cost of your FetchMyVet visit. Please check with your insurer if you are concerned about reimbursement.
If medication or a prescription diet food is required, your veterinarian will either dispense at the end of your appointment or provide a link to a pre-approved prescription on our online pharmacy. Medications and prescription food ordered through our online pharmacy will arrive at your home within days (or faster if required).
If your pet requires emergency medical attention, please proceed to your nearest 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital for care.
FetchClub is a customizable, subscription-based preventive care package that helps you to bundle and save on veterinary care. You pay monthly, so your pet receives its recommended care spread throughout the year.
A preventive care plan is right for every pet at every age. It ensures they receive the care they need while you save money.
No, fetchClub is a plan designed to keep your pet healthy and prevent/detect disease, so we can treat them early on. Insurance, on the other hand, is meant to cover the cost associated with illness, emergency, or injury.
Each plan is different and it all depends on your pet’s needs. Visit our fetchClub page to review pricing and what’s included. Be sure to ask your veterinarian which fetchClub plan is right for your pet.
If you decide to leave the fetchClub, you must call our team to begin the cancellation process. Before you can cancel your plan, you must pay any outstanding balance, including the difference of any discounted services.
You can add additional services into your fetchClub plan to pay them off monthly. If your pet needs additional services outside your plan, you can purchase the service at a percentage discount specific to your plan.
Yes! We believe having a strong relationship with your vet allows you both to make the best decisions for your pet.
Yes. We do, however, encourage monthly payments to allow for more flexibility for your plan.
At this time, fetchClub members do not receive 10% off the online pharmacy.
